When looking for a real estate agent, it’s important to find someone who is knowledgeable in the local real estate market. I have lived in Hanover for 10 years and I am raising my children here. They attend Hanover public schools, participate in Hanover Athletics and are active in the local community. We love our town and feel its the best place to raise a family!

I was born in raised in Massachusetts but I am a transplant here to the South Shore. I worked in hospitality in South Florida for many years. I love working with people and helping them, it’s what I love to do! I was previously licensed in Florida for 10 years and worked for an international developer. I worked all facets of real estate- sales, contracts, leasing and working with residents one on one. This experience shaped my abilities; my work ethic, dedication, communication skills and love for this industry. I take pride in my job and my goal is to get you the highest and best terms for your home.

I check the MLS at least twice a day to look at the market trends and inventory. Communication is absolutely crucial to me. As your agent, I will be in constant contact with you along the buying or selling process through every step. If you need a vendor or a contractor, no matter the need, I can recommend someone for you. I am also in constant communication with lenders and attorneys. We work as a team to get you to the closing table. This gives you the ability to focus on the things you need to.

As for marketing your property, first, I will send out flyers to let people know that your home will be going on the market. I will then create a website specific to your property for people to visit and showcase your home with magazine grade photography. I will reach out to agents in my office and others who work at other brokerages to let them know that your home is coming soon. I will run an ad in Boston Magazine in Coldwell Banker’s section “The View” and a 15 second feature on TV. Lastly I will post on all of my social media channels, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and my website. Everyone will know your home is for sale!
